Suitable for solar installations
1. drain solar liquid
2. Fill the system with fresh water (!)
3. Remove filters and dirt traps
4. Start the circulation pump (if available)
5. Shake REPA-Solar and pump it in through the KFE valve (1 litre of REPA-Solar for 100 litres of water)
6. Allow the solar system to circulate for about 4 weeks
7. After 4 weeks, drain the water with a sealant and rinse
8. Fill system with solar liquid.
9. Thoroughly rinse tools and objects that have come into contact with REPA-Solar with water.
The sealing with REPA-Solar may only be carried out in frost-free weather.
Before sealing, the solar liquid and thus the frost protection must be removed.
For a successful sealing, the solar system must be in operation. REPA-Solar only reaches the damaged area through circulation.
The sealing process can take from a few days to 4 weeks.
If stored in a frost-free environment, REPA-Solar has an unlimited shelf life.
If necessary, collect the solar liquid in a suitable container and reuse it after the sealing process has been completed!
